With baby-boomer accountants retiring en masse, the industry is in the midst of radical change. Hundreds of internationally-trained accountants are being recruited to the fill the void, but many lack the English-language proficiency and cultural skills to contribute their full potential.
Founded by a Charted Accountant and an ESL-professional, LEAP Inc is unparalleled in its ability to meet the needs of both the accounting industry and newcomer accountants. Our unique place at the crossroads of accounting and language training allows us to deliver courses with optimal efficiency.

Our Mission
LEAP is dedicated to training business professionals for communication success. Specializing in courses for newcomer accountants, we aim to help our students to be able to communicate on par or better than their native English-speaking colleagues.
We deliver productive and accessible courses that cater to people who lead very busy lives and meet their highest priority needs in the workplace. To that end, we train our students how to improve their communication skills in their daily lives rather than setting time aside to devote to development.
